icarus is a cross-platform tool that is used to convert game images in various formats into game paks compatible with higan.
icarus further attempts to complete missing information from the original image formats, such as:
This is done through database lookups when such information has been recorded, or with fallbacks onto heuristics otherwise.
icarus is generally invoked directly by higan, but can be invoked directly for importing multiple games into higan gamepak format at once if desired. Go to your desired emulator on the left and click on import. Now select the games you downloaded to import into higan.
